Indus Institute Pty Ltd & its staff are committed to providing a high quality, responsive and effective service to our clients.

In order to achieve this Indus Institute invests a lot of resources into training their staff. We provide staff with ongoing professional development activities, access to online forums, online libraries, and industry compliant systems & technology in-order to ensure that staff are knowledgeable and can provide a high quality service to our clients.

We would love to hear from you if you have any feedback for us, whether positive or negative, as this would give us an insight into how our customers are feeling and how we are delivering our services.

When providing us feedback, we request customers to provide us the following details:

  • Name of Staff – Regarding whom the feedback is being provided
  • Service Received – Admission
  • Feedback on Quality of Service – Good, Average, Poor, Complaint
  • Customer Contact Details  – So we can get back to you to acknowledge your  feedback and act upon it, where required.
